Event concept and implementation of a caravan across the country

Brief
The client wanted a creative and different concept under which to organise a series of meetings between partners across the country.
Project implementation period June – September 2021, number of participants: between 30 and 50; Cities: Bucharest, Brasov, Iasi, Sibiu, Timisoara, Oradea, Targu Mures, Craiova, Constanta.
Solution
The concept we created started from the term Escapade. After a year of spending time between four walls, where the living room became the office and family became colleagues, everyone wants to escape to a different place that will recharge their spirit with energy. With this in mind we created ELKO Escape – Restart your mind, recharge your spirit.
Each event invited people to escape to a different context, one they had never been to before or could not have reached on their own. We rented castles, mansions, visited craftsmen in villages, dined in the local’s cellars in Oradea, went fishing, shooting, archery, tasted fruit wines and listened to classical music.

I’ve known Iunieta for a relatively short time, but I feel like we’ve known each other forever. How we met and came to work together is a story that is dear to me. I really appreciate her for her maturity, professionalism, creativity, and most of all for her courage to be authentic, her motivation to continuously learn and grow. Iunieta is like a breath of fresh air.
