Brief
Preparing a friendly and audience-oriented communication strategy, changing the communication style of a state secretary, speech writing and advising on communication decisions.
Solution
From March to September 2021 I worked closely with the Ministry of Economy, in the de-bureaucratisation department, where we prepared communication materials of the Secretary of State Valentina Saygo. My work included checking and proofreading press releases, texts for social media, drafting speeches and advising on communication decisions.
We also worked together on a communication plan to be implemented after the launch of the de-bureaucratisation memorandum. The red thread of the strategy started from the Diary of a Secretary of State, daily written notes about the pressure a politician can feel and what happens behind the big doors that separate the two worlds.
